Crushed runs, rotten flex duct, undersized trunks, systems pieced together across thirty years of quick fixes — at some point sealing leaks is just polishing a problem. A rebuild replaces the failing sections, or the whole layout, with ductwork sized and routed for how the house actually breathes.

You get the honest version first: what can stay, what has to go, and what it costs either way, with photos of everything we found. No rebuild gets sold that a repair would have solved.
